While in flight there is a sound that sounds like a sliding door opening and closing.   It continues to repeat throughout the whole flight.  Has anyone else experienced this and if so, have you found a solution or cause?

 

Secondly,  just after takeoff the Hawker leans to the right.  Again, anyone else experience this?

When you hear that sound, check the speed brake lever. Sometimes it is not fully stowed. When you stow it completely, the sound stops. I make this part of my takeoff checklist.
