Hello All,

 

Does anyone know if Sim Giants support function on their website is still operational?  I have filled out a ticket but no response.

 

I have a fully purchased Canary Gold package with serial/registration number and the installer won't work in Windows 7 - but I know from forums within the flightsim community that there is a fix for this from the developer, hence the question.

 

Any help appreciated and I keep my finger crossed that Sim Giants respond in the meantime.

the same problem here. But I use win10 on 64bit.

I made a ticket twice, no reaction. But until now you can buy the product....

 

No reaction is no reaction, thats no service, but it's seem to be a normal consumer treatment with us...

 

Can anyone help us?

Have anyone the patch?

Or other idea?

Paying for nothing is a litlebit frustating
