Looks like Milviz are taking advantage of P3D's new Dynamic Reflections -- it you want a very obvious example of what Dynamic Reflections can do, skip to the 2:33 mark.

 

Milviz have provided a 3rd update to the Advanced T38A Talon that has sorted some issues ... big thank you to Milviz for updating their aircraft, much appreciated.  I just still learning this aircraft and mapping the controls to my GoFlight gear, but I'm really enjoying what the Milviz development team have come up with.
