FS Navigator for about a decade, Ive tried others, just keep on going back to it. If you take off flying VFR, and half way into the flight you decide to fly IFR, you can create a flight plan, and save it. If you save it to FS2004 also, you can load it without clicking to create it, say you do not want to move to the field. Then, file it. ATC will take over from there . . .
