Help Please, Many Default Terminals Missing!

Featured Replies

Sometime ago I wrote about my problem with the missing Portland default terminal. Well, I forgot about it because I installed a nice addon scenery for this airport. I now have discovered that many of my default airport terminals are missing! They seem to be concentrated in the west; KONT, KLGB, KSJC, KFAT. I checked some airports in Texas and Georgia and they appear OK. Where are the default terminals located? Could someone please suggest a fix? Thanks!Airbus

I had a similar problem with disappearing airports over the weekend. I don't know if you are experiencing the same problem but in my case the cause turned out to be another add-on scenery package. Disabling that scenery fixed the problem. If it were me, I would start by disabling all of my non-default add-on scenery in the Scenery Library and check to see if that resolves the problem. If it does, then add the sceneries back in one at a time until the problem comes back. That should pinpoint the scenery which is causing the problem. Then check the documentation that came with the scenery to ensure that it is installed correctly and is in the correct slot in the Scenery Library priority per the documentation. If the problem persists, decide whether you want to keep the package and lose the airfields or disable the package.

Thanks for your response. I will try what you suggest. I guess I will have to unclick each scenery in my addon folder. BTW what scenery package were you using when you lost the airports? I may have the same one. Thanks!Airbus

In my case, the package was ZZZ_AFCAD_Corrections BGL which came with Holger Sandmann's excellent Columbia River Gorge scenery. However, my symptoms were somewhat different than yours so I don't know if the cause is the same.
