Slight issues with P3Dv3 and PRO version question

Featured Replies

Hi,

I own the Majestic Q400 PILOT version. I am interested in the PRO version because I really like the Q400 and I would love the HUD.

I currently have a couple of problems using P3D v3.1, latest version and latest Q400 version...

1)When going into the Virtual Cockpit(VC) from any other view (that is not the VC), I have to double-tap "F9" or whatever key I use, because on the first attempt, all the P3D HDR settings are disabled so the colours look strange. Not really a big problem, but slightly annoying.

2)When inside the VC, it appears that only the cockpit and end of wings are modeled. Because I use P3D's ground shadows, when the sun is behind me, I only see a weird shadow of 2 wings and a cockpit, the fuselage has no shadow (once again, only when viewed from the VC).

So, my questions are:

-Are these 2 problems going to be fixed eventually? Does the PRO version have the same problems or does it fix them?

-Will I be able to use a repaint I have (designed for the PILOT version) on the PRO? I had a ton of trouble finding it in the first place, I hope I can still use it.

Thank you very much!
