Hawker reverse engine panels not opening

Hi Guys:

 

Not sure whats going on what am I missing - before take off the panels on the engines open up when I hit reverse but when landing at an airport they will not open - is there something on that needs to be shut off for them to work properly ? thanks

You have to press the two Reverser Arming pushbuttons on the front instrument panel.
