Is there anything additional I have to install other than the DirectX End-User Runtime to get a Direct2D addon aircraft gauge working in Windows 10?

 

I can confirm it's fully working in Win7, but it seems Win10 does not like D2D. Anyone facing / have faced a similar problem?
