Heading and Alt switch off themselves

Hi to all!

 

In the recent days,I am experiencing, that in all planes I have,"Heading and Alt " in 

the autopilot do not work longer than a few seconds before they are switched off automatically.

No installations or changes were made in these days.Any ideas??
