Inserting gauges as a pop up

I am trying to insert some default Baron gauges as a pop ups, eg windows 03, 04 in the panel.cfg file. All my other aircraft are fine, but for some reason they do not show up in the Aztec.

 

 

Eg, I am trying to put the autopilot, HSI and Altimiter in as:

Anyone else have the same problem or know what the problem is.
