Can't buy your product

Went onto your website to buy the PMDG 737 800/900 package.

Put it in the cart and selected paypal and filled out the form to buy.

Cart says I have an account (somehow, never bought anything PMDG before).

Went to forgot password. Says I bought a product but didn't register (again, nope, not true).

Clicked the forgot order code form, entered my e-mail there and it says I never bought a product.

In summary, your website says I am both a customer and not a customer...somehow...

Can you guys help me here since I can't even use your website customer support since you need to be able to log in to even use that?

Customer support and store accounts are separate, I suggest registering on the support website and sending a ticket in with all the detail you've put here.
