MSE 2.0,  MSE Ultra Res Cities, and now MSE 4X  all claim 50cm/pixel resolution according to the MSE website and user guides.  How can they claim 4 times the resolution if its still 50cm?

MSE 2.0 is "50 cm per pixel resampled to 1 meter" (i.e. the source images are 50cm/pixel, but 4 source pixels are combined into 1 stored pixel)

Ultra Res and 4X are the same resolution, but Ultra Res is limited to smaller regions.
