In your opinion which is the best A340(freeware or shareware). Ist it PSS or Aviograph (VC please).I am tempted to buy the Aviograph.Edmundo CardenasSVMI

I recommend the freeware Posky A340!http://www.projectopensky.com/thumbnails/401.jpgI use it a lot, great visual model, flexing wings etc and numerous panels are avialable along with sounds. Not to mention loads of repaints! You can get a nice A340 fleet:http://projectopensky.com/downloads-index.phpI do not know much about payware A340s but Im sure someone who does will reply.:)

Edmundo:I am not familar with the Aviograph bird, but for the money, I don't see how you could go wrong with the PSS A340 unless you are sour on PSS for some reason. I have had it since it first was offered and still take a spin in it occasionally. Be sure it includes, or download the latest patch etc. if they are needed with the current offering.I think the base plane with factory liveries is only $10.00, and additional liveries are only $3.50. (Think this is pounds not dollars). You can adapt the panel which does include a functional FMC to the Poisky models and have a fine combination. In order to have an FMC you can also install it into the new big bird Airbus as well.Certainly nothing like a PMDG bird or the like, but the price seems right and well worth the money IMHO.Good luck:RTH

Muchas Gracias , I really appreciate your advice. My only question is that I do not think that the POSKY Bird is modelled for a VC panel .Edmundo.

POSky probably. But merge it with the PSS panel. So you gotta buy the PSS anyway for the panel.

Edmundo:I believe you are correct. I personally as an old CFI am much more interested in how functional the panel is than how pretty it is or looking outside (Use spot plane for that on another monitor). I confess I seldom look at a virtual panel. I will check and see if it is offered, and will so reply if it is.Happy flying:RTHCorrection edit:A VC is included in the panel.cfgIt may not be very elaborate by today's standards
