Your favorite cockpit layout?

I like to fly real carrier layouts and find some have things missing that I like. Like Alaska chose to not have Boeing put in the altitude callouts at all, everything done by the PNF. southwest used to use the side by side displays and I find that too cluttered, but they have gone to the typical display today.

Do you have a favorite cockpit layout? I like Norwegian they have my favorite mcp style and lcd standby instrument. I'd like some suggestions to try different carriers
