MSE4X Texas Northeast

Bought this product over the weekend.  I am having problems installing it.  The username and password they provided to download Texas Northeast was the same for MSE4X Texas Southeast (which I also purchased) and their system will not accept it.  I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem.  I sent an e-mail to MSE telling them of my problem and hope to hear from them soon.

Just a follow-up on my issue above.  MSE fixed the issue with a new username/password for my purchase today.  Pretty fast response to my request for support.
