External Frame Limiter for DX10

Hi to all,

 

I need an external frame rate limiter for FSX running in WINDOWED Dx10 mode with RESHADE/SWEETFX overlay:

 

So far, I have tried the following:

 

1. Nvidia Inspector built-in frame rate limiter

2. MSI Afterburner/EVGA Precision (Riva Statistics Server)

3. Tommti SSAA-Tool

4. DXTory

 

None of them work for my setting. Does anybody use one of the above successfully with the same setup? Does anybody know of an external limiter that works in my setting? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
