Need, FltPlan Go help

I am running Flt plan Go on my PC and its connected to my P3D v3.2 and it says its sending messages.

I ran the Flt Plan Go onmy Samsung Tab 3 and set the "External" to FSX/P3D and went to maps.

But the position of my aircraft in my sim is not known to the map.  \

There was no where I had to enter the IP address so how does the Flight plan running on my PC know to which device it needs to send the message?

Any  Ideas?
