April 11, 201610 yr Hi, Just wondering if their are any tutorials about how to create a paintkit for aircraft that don't already have one. I realise that you need to get permission to publish these but once you have that then how do you create the actual paintkit itself? April 13, 201610 yr Making a paint-kit for your own use only, is never a problem. ( copyright-wise spoken) When you made a paintkit and want to publish it , its always wise to ask permission from the maker of the original model (textures) . So..... thats the simple answer. How to make a paintkit..............................thats another story. The answer however is even more simple. To make a real paintkit , you must be familiar with painting with layered files. There are hundereds of tutorials about working with layerd files in painting programs available on the internet. Study these tutorials ( just a few will do) and the moment you are skilled to make layered paintings yourself.....................nobody needs to tell you how to make a paint-kit.
