FS Panel Builder... suddenly, transparency?

Hi everyone,

I created a new layout in FS Panel Builder to accommodate a widescreen monitor.

Suddenly, the background BMP (just kind of a textured, dark gray plastic) is partially transparent! Not sure what I did here...

Any idea what might be going on here?

Also... I use an "IFR panel" - meaning, mostly full-size instrument and just a little out-the-window view. Every time I restart I have to resize the out-the-window view. Is there a way to keep it where it is? I asked a long time ago, but I don't think there was a solution.
