A lovely null ref for ya

This one's been consistent over three consecutive flights using v2.0.0.18. Latest was VTBD to VTCL. All were VFR with flight following and worked perfectly up to the handoff to approach. I changed freq and then I'm pretty sure it threw this when I hit the PTT button, although I guess it may have been after I spoke, judging by the trace.
