Boeing Stearman & 2D panel?

Just wondered if there should be a 2D panel for the very nice Boeing Stearman:

 

bull_stearman.zip in AVSIM library

 

All the windows come up, but on a 'blank' screen, as there's no 2D base cockpit. Is there a bitmap anywhere for the 2D cockpit?
