When I manually set up the ILS freq [110,50] for RWY 15L at CYYZ, on the FMS,  I am told that it is an 'invalid Freq'.--- That info is incorrect.  Other freq's go in fine.    :smile:

What frequency is showing in the FSX map for 15L? Also, if you are typing it as above with a "," instead of "." you will certainly get some error message.

 

Please note that PMDG wants you to use your full name in its forums.

For a manual ILS entry I believe you have to type the full runway heading as well ... if the runway's heading is 150, you would type 110.50/150 .  If the heading were less than 100 you would still type the first digit as a 0.

 

If that's not the problem try typing a second 0 so it reads 110.500.

Well mike I've tried all you have suggested along with what is in the PMDG FAQ, still same negative result.     As I remember from years past

, there is a 'trick' to get the ILs entered in a manual set up  but. be danged if I can remember what it is.   Thanks for the help. anyway.    Carm.

 My error .    You are correct Mike.   The entry for 15L at CYYZ would be 110.50/150.      That entry works ---- my booboo
