HGS not working

Recently, the display in the HGS is gone. Not sure if this is the result from anti-virus on the computer, or a corrupted file. Any suggestions?

Most likely this. You can look at our knowledge base for steps to fix it on your own*, or you can submit a ticket and we'll fix it for you (support is linked in my signature). Basically, 99% of the time, the cause is that some other program writes to the dll.xml file and removes this entry:
