Shift GPU to a different slot

I find my GPU is running a bit hot, noticed there is no space next to the gpu fan...

 

Want to move it to a different slot which will give it a bit more space and hopefully help with airflow.

 

I have setup NVI etc, if I move he slot do I need to configure anything in terms of drivers, NVI settings or settings within FSX ITSELF ?.

 

My gpu is a gtx 660.
