Zero Feul Weight?

Zero fuel weight is the total weight of the aircraft, including passengers and cargo, but without fuel. In other words gross weight minus fuel weight.

When you first load the 747, you will see calculated gross weight in a small font next to a chevron in FMC PERF INIT page (top left item). Just press the LSK next to it and that will insert gross weight and ZFW for you.
