nVidia Inspector most recent version question

I have what I think is the most current version 1.9.7.6.

 

On running the application, it is missing the small button with the wrench and screwdriver on it that previously opened the configuration pages. I now have to run the separate program in the folder called "NVidia Profile Inspector.exe" to access these settings. Is this normal with this current/latest version or is my installation fluffed? I have Windows 10 pro x64 and GTX980Ti.

As far as I know, it is normal, they decided to split it in two parts. I have two parts too.
