June 3, 201610 yr Having to reinstall several time the PC12 after HDD crash, windows 10 upgrade, P3D FSX-SE install and other installation problems, now the installer show a message that i have used the registration key too many time. I bought this plane from the flightsimstore on december 2014 order #FSS0337287. I asked them and they send me to this forum. How can i get a new registration key please ? Thank you.
June 5, 201610 yr That doesn't sound right. From the FlightSim Store Support Centre link at the bottom of the webpage: Error #40: Activation limit has been exceeded. Please contact The FlightSim Store for assistance.The customer has exceeded their validation limit and will need their validation log reviewed and cleared before they will be able to re-validate their installation. Submit a ticket and ask them to reset your activations. Todd
