if you click on the your username and click "my profile" and then hit the posts button and for some reason its only showing the last 3  or 4 posts and i think thats  the same for everyobe, but im wondering if theres a setting to allow for more than 10 or more recent posts.

Put the cursor over your username and select My Content and you will see 30-40 posts per page belonging to you.  This is what most members do when they want to find out what you have been posting in the past.

 

To be honest, I have no idea what that Profile Feed does.
