I have recently bought a Nighthawk R7000 , I have bought it as my lodger uses netflicks, streams music from spotify and youtube etc etc and is hogging the bandwidth.  

 

Can someone explain to me how I can

 

a. cap his macbook and ipad  to 250k , 

 

b.  cap the netflicks bandwdith on our ps3 (i only want that capped not anything else on the ps3 as I use it for gaming)

 

Ive found in the Upstream QoS settings where i can set things up, but i work out how to do it.

 

Some help would be amazing.
