Undocking window kills FPS. Got Fix?

I never had this issue in FSX I used to undock GPS and move it to a second monitor (the first monitor in theree screen surround view)

 

I have never managed to that with P3D. I have the GTX 1070 and latest driver

 

When I undock a popup (GPS or FMS..or anything) my FPS drips to 4 or 5. I never understood why that is.... and I am looking for a fix.

 

Is it a P3D issue? Since I did not have this issue when I had FSX.
