Jetways not working

I don't seem to be able to make any jetways work.  They are visible, but just don't move.

 

In previous flight sims (FSX, FSX-SE), there has been an option to include advanced animations within settings, but in P3D 3.35, that doesn't seem to exist.

 

I have scenery complexity on extremely dense, special effects detail & distance on high.

 

I have checked the shortcut and that is correctly configured.

 

The airports I have tried, are default P3D airports, FSDreamTeam & Taxi2Gate airports.  The aircraft is correctly positioned at the gate.

 

I'm stuck and would welcome any suggestions.

All sorted, sorry to disturb your viewing of more important issues.

 

Why  wasn't it working, don't know for sure, just re-installed a few sceneries and it seems to be working.

 

I have FSX (running very well) and P3D running from the same hard drive, not sure if that had a bearing on the problem.
