So I purchased the NGX 737 600/700 expansion this evening and when I tried to activate it I got the error messages. The first one was say that it could not connect to the activation server then the second one said that I didn't have a valid license installed for the NGX. This is the first problem I have had activating anything for PMDG I have the base NGX and the 777 with the expansion.

 

 

I have the same issue except that I already purchased these aircrafts a while ago and decided to reinstall them again this evening. I submitted a ticket at PMDG and you should do the same as well. I'm sure it'll get sorted out.

Ok will give that a shot. I always had and issue with that expansion. You know that I think of it I had the same issue when I had to activate it for FSX version as well.
