Project Airbus A380 top beacons help FS9

Good morning everyone,

 

I wanted to know if anyone could help me or tell me how to change the beacon fx file for the Project Airbus A380 two top beacons which uses the FS9 beacon fx? I would like to make them flash in unison (so they're sync together) as in reallife but have noticed that on my model the two red top beacons flash independently, one then theother? I have been messing around with the fx files but cannot seem to get it right.

 

Any help would be much appreciated
