Project Magenta 737 - Issue at Top of descent

Hi

 

Using pm with the pm aircraft model.  If the altitude in the mcp is reset before the T/D, the aircraft begins to descent immediately.  It does not hold the current altitude till the T/D.  Any suggested fixes?
