August 28, 20169 yr Had computer problems and had to un-install active sky. (among other programs) When I tried to reinstall, key did not work. Tried to contact Active Sky but got message account de-activated. I tried getting a new password. They sent the password but still could not log in - deactivated account again. It appears that with my e-mail, Active Sky thinks I am a crook and there is no way to submit a ticket or contact them. I don't know what happened but I need to contact them to resolve the issue. Anyone have any ideas other than establishing another e-mail account?.
