How to install the Service Pack 1D for my boxed product

Hello,

 

I purchased the boxed product of the PMDG 737-800/900 NGX Base Package (v1.00.3219) from Aerosoft directly.

 

I now want to download Service Pack 1d and install it into FSX Steam Edition. Can you pleae advise how I can access this Service Pack given that there is nothing to launch on my PMDG on-line account to which I am asked to log into to access the pack.

i have the same issue but when i try to go to the link, and put in all the relevant info it just times out. any ideas/ tips would  be massively appreciated

Contact Aerosoft - it's their site giving you the issue.
