P3d V3.3 black screen on flight reset after loading bar?

I'm experiencing a random issue..

Ill load a flight from file.. sometimes this occurs and sometimes it doesnt.. but more often than not, just after resetting the flight, it will go through the terrain loading, get to the end.. then go black and stay black.

basically a not respoinding state as far as i can tell.. i've tried testing this with barely any addons except ftx regions running as well as eliminating most dll.xml entries to rule that out.. best i can guess is that maybe its something with the saved flight.. ill test more with non saved flights and see if this repeats.  I have to kill the p3d process /window and start again.  I also randomly get an ntdll.dll error, though not as often.

This is currently on my 980ti graphics card.
