I have just install Carenado EMB505 1.3 with NavPak 1.1 and the new Navigraph AIRAC Cycle 1609, and I get the "error loading GPS Engine... I already uninstall and re install with the same issue...

Make sure you have the carenavigraph.db file in the CarenadoNavigraph folder (not the CarenadoNavigraph\Navigraph folder) (the file will be dated the same date as the new AIRAC Cycle and the latest was just released and is cycle 1610).  You should also have the carenavigraph.dll in your main FSX or P3D folder.  This is loaded via the dll.xml with the following entry:

 

<Launch.Addon>
  <Name>Carenavigraph</Name>
  <Path>.\Carenavigraph.dll</Path>

</Launch.Addon>
