September 18, 20169 yr The title should say Windowed Mode.... I guess this has been an issue for awhile. I need FSX SE, when running in Windowed Mode and the FSX SE window loses focus to use another app, FSX SE keeps the flight going, but the sound pauses until you click back on the FSX SE window, then the sound resumes. It appears FSX P3D has a fix. But I want to remain using FSX-SE. With all of Home Cockpit systems that probably need to run external apps, etc. I am sure someone may have a utilty or something that would keep the sound active when FSX or FSX SE loses focus in windowed mode.
