Make sure you're using your Order ID (which is what it's asking for - it is all numbers), the email address on the account you ordered it through on our website, and the current password for that account.

I don't have the original email that was sent when I purchased it.  Who do I contact to send me the email again?  I did enter my email and my password.


I figured it out.  I entered the wrong number.

Hi dear,

My name is Gustavo Costa and could not install the PMDG MD-11.

I try to reinstall my MD-11 and even filling in email, ID Order and Password, a warning appears that I have to look for Technical Support.

Has any update or my account been terminated for any reason?

How should I proceed?
