Make sure you're using your Order ID (which is what it's asking for - it is all numbers), the email address on the account you ordered it through on our website, and the current password for that account. September 26, 20169 yr Author I don't have the original email that was sent when I purchased it. Who do I contact to send me the email again? I did enter my email and my password. I figured it out. I entered the wrong number.
