Problem with FTX Vector

HI,

I installed vector V1.45.

After install i got an errors in my scenery libeary.

And also if i will go to Vector folder in my P3D V3 Path, there's are only 2 files:

FTX GLOBAL VECTOR Configuration Tool

 

and folder that call "Disabled".. no more files.

 

What to do in order to fix it?
