Water and cloud shadow problem

i am having a problem with the cloud shadows and water at dusjk and dawn as you can see near the sun not sure if its an rex problem or pta thanks.

That cutoff is based upon your cloud shadow distance slider in the P3D lighting properties... Further right will increase the distance of cloud shadows.
