I'm a long-time Alabeo (and Carenado) customer and I'm trying to contact them via their online support ticket system (https://alabeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us). Unfortunately their system is unresponsive--it won't accept my existing support account login nor allow me to create a new one (though in each case it tells me that it's sent me an e-mail, and I do not use a spam filter). 

 

Carenado's support site has the same problem. Any other way to contact Alabeo?

Okay, I finally connected with Alabeo. Hopefully they can help me with a Carenado issue.

So how did you get in contact? I have a invalid key issue.
