October 20, 20169 yr Many people are in the process of installing FSX SE. Before doing that we must uninstall FSX and all related scenery, aircraft, and utilities and it must be done completely. My question is if there is a huge amount of scenery, aircraft, and utilities that have been accumulated over the years would it be better, quicker to do a full system recovery? I understand one would have to bring back their browser and other things not related to flight sim but in the long run, would it be quicker and more thorough than un-installing everything individually and going through the registry to make sure everything is gone? Obviously if one has few add-ons a full system recovery would not be worth it.
