MD 81 Install Problem

I am trying to install the CLS MD81 but after entering the Licence Key I get the message that the program is already installed and then it stops. The CLS MD81 has never been installed on this machine so I can't try to uninstall it.  I am trying to install it into FSX (Boxed Version) on Windows 7. Any ideas?
