October 27, 20169 yr Hi, I had to reset my pc because it was acring up, and everytime I try to reinstall the PMDG NGX, it says "For some reason, we lost track of your registry locations for fsx." I have done some research and I found that you have to update the installer, and I bought the item through aeosoft, and I don't know how to get the updated version, any help would be greatly appreciated. Support.Aerosoft.com Select the NGX in the drop down, and then provide your license key in the box that pops up. Download the update. Put the DVD away as it is no longer necessary and then install. If you're still getting a registry error, you may want to look at your registry to be sure that it's pointing to the right spot. Alternatively, we have a tool that you can use that will help you fix it via the support site (linked in my signature). Kyle Rodgers
