I"m flying a departure from RLLL runway 6 SID CAB1A, the first few waypoints are (3000), CAB then LAO.  There is a magenta leg on the NAV display, but when we cross CAB the CAB to LAO leg does not get selected (it stays white).  If I manually select the CAB to LAO leg and activate it, it turns magenta.  Why doesn't the g1000 select the next leg automatically -- it usually does.  Does the first waypoint (3000) have something to do with it?
