mesh bgl files

I have just downloaded all the free mesh via u torrent but have finished up with huge coloums of bgl files any idea were I go from here I thought it would come as zip any help please fss0469300  many thanks in advance

They should come as folders named after the continents that then can be put in your addon scenery folder and then added to your scenery library like a new scenery would be added.
