PMDG 737-800. Downloading problems

Hi there we bought the PMDG 737-800 but missing a letter in the me mail address, so we haven't been able to download it due to the error and finding it difficult to change the email address as I think we had registered as a guest. I have pics of the payment confirmation and all the codes etc
The email address we wrote down in error was and should have been yahoo.co.uk so we missed out the h

Can anyone help put the correct email address in so we can download and my son can get flying on his new plane ?

I don't believe anyone on this Forum can help you. You need to submit a ticket to support at - http://support.precisionmanuals.com. They can get the email problem corrected.

Next time, it's best to go directly to the support system (linked in my sig), in case you hadn't already.

 

In this case, however, the info you provided was enough for me to find it and re-send the order email, which you should now have. I'll hide your email info here so that nobody can send a bunch of spam to it.
