Weird texture loading problem

Hello all

I'm trying to re setup a friends p3d, and we have one problem that I can't fix with ma (small :P) knowledge or google skills 2016_11_16_22_18_1_153.jpg

 

 

it is weird, because vc also doesn't load it's texture. Neither for the 737 pmdg or any other aircraft.

 

Any tips? Shaders have been remade. CFG remade, drivers (clean!) reinstalled.
